Congratulations on getting out. I too was in an abusive relationship for a year. I realized that I had to leave when I saw flashbacks of my mom being abused by my dad when I was younger. I swore that I wasn't going to be an exact replica of my mother suffering long ago.A lil' birdie once told me, abuse does not equal love. So I spread out my broken wings and flew away into the arms of the lord.Good luck on your future video :)

i was in an abusive marraige for 20 yrs..i almost died from an eating disorder, anorexia. but i found a great therspist who helped me and i got out...i am now making my own video to this song for a project...i hope to be able to post it here....its my story.

Good for you girl! I am with an abusive man too. Like this one sometimes he gives a little and then he takes it back. I am from Spain but live in the US. I don't have it too easy, but I know I'll fly also one of these days. All my love and support for you.
