with an average driver on a stock ls1 you would hit mid to high 13s you would only get real high 12s and low 13s with a little bit feathering on the clutch to keep the spin time off the line down

and nah, i dont own as LS1, i just look at a lot of cars specifications and read up on a lot of them whether i like them or not, just an overall kinda car guy. My bro does own a 95 Z28 with the LT1, not as peppy as the LS1, but its still quick.

What i meant by underrated is that the Z28 was rated at 305, somethin like that, and the SS around 325 or so, but in all reality, chevy just advertised the camaro having less hp than the corvette, when actually numerous dyno results show that the LS1 camaros made the same wheel hp as the vette, which means they make the same crank hp of about 350hp. thats what i meant by underrated, so its a good thing lol

well people claim to have known a stock LS1 z28 to run a 12.9, but that was with a professional driver. id say if you could launch it off the line, with your headers and your CAI, i think its possible, b/c LS1's are underrated anyways. but mainly with the LS1 camaro's and T/A's, it's all about hooking up, otherwise, you're looking at high 13's or low 14's

ima have to see and whewn i do get my trans am ima put the videos on youtube of the track ..what would it run wit headers tune n intake n a good driver? what u think it run?

you have to hook up pretty damn good to get into the 12's with a WS6, even with an exhaust. not sayin its not possible, b/c it is, but it would take some practice to be able to hit 12's with that car

Stock WS6 if you have a 6spd and drive it right can almost break into the 12's... Otherwise exhaust and you're good |
