A small correction to myself!IF it cant reach 300Km/h as stock (256hp), then it definately can after reprogramming (~310hp)

That's right. Only Porsche doesn't abide by that voluntary self-restriction. And as far as I know, Audi and BMW (I don't know about Mercedes) offer an optional speed limit increase for their top performing cars (e.g. RS6, M6). Those speed limits can probably be disabled anyway by car tuning companies.

All newer german luxury branded (Audi,BMW,VW,Mercedes etc) cars that come out of germany is limited to 250 km/h so it is not just Audi or the S3 that is limited ;)

this thing sounds nice i need a k04 from this thing, once u chip this it can do 180mph easy, it boosts 265 to 310-320hp.

S3 can reach about 300Km/h without the limiter. I think they have done very correctly to limit it there at 250Km/h. "Safety" for the engine. Dont forget that it is only 2.0 liter
