Lou had more mass but Arnold was more defined. Symetry is what counts and Lou has more now at 40 than he had then. Coleman, another great example of super mass and less symetry

wat song was that at the end?they both have mazing physiques, i dont get why lou didnt carry on with mr.olympia after 1975, he cudve won it since arnold stopped competing...
