Both the RB26 and VG30 are good motors, and both have their flaws. Granted there are more RB26's out there pushing more serious numbers, but there are still some tough VG30's out there i.e the Unique Autosports 300ZX here in Australia. No need to bash either motor ;)

i was saying a 2L would be good if you were worried about front/rear weight...the RB VG VQ SR KA...are all good engines but swapping for an RB series doesnt seem practical in a 300.. but if you can do it props to that!! what makes me wet it the LS1 stuffed in there
