My gr-gr-granddad Wm.H. Beck left blood on the battlefield of Gettsyburg on the 2nd day of the battle and was captured. He was a poor boy from Florida fighting for his country, not slavery. The South was fighting for real freedom and States Rights. Look what a monstrosity of a Federal government we have today. They're trying to make laws that'll control every aspect of ones life from cradle to the grave; even down to what you are allowed to think. May God help us, we'll need it before its over.
