one of the few fights in Bleach that actually had me excited. The fight with Rukia's bro was no where near as interesting.

I agree Gin is nothing although I'm very curious about these 'official stats' I've never heard of. I wonder how Shinji and Byakuya would do though. I think he would take Byakuya, but Shinji's another story.

he could probably take the espada, gin is a different story tho he would definately have problems with gin

Kenpachi did own Tousen, and will again if Tousen dares to fight him. Same goes for Gin. Aizen is another story. But a straight out fight without trickery, Kenpachi will beat anyone.

ichigo was attacked off guard...and weakened from the grimmjow battle. Aizen's zanpakutou doesn't just make illusions, it bends reality to his will. So if he thinks you're weak....you are. all except yamato. But kenpachi is disel strong and one of my top 5 favorite characters. Something tells me there is more to tousen than he let off. as is there to gin.

Difference is so large, he would defeat Espada#3 and #4, BOTH Gin and Tousen/already done. Only ones he will have trouble are Yammato, Espada#1, Aizen and Espada#2, they will use various tricks to defeat Kenpachi, they cannot stand up to his fighting prowess. With Bankai, forget about it, no contest.

Kenpachi is the best fighter. Only one to defeat two captains at once. Not even Yammato did that, not even Aizen with his lame illusions. Illusions are unlikely to save Aizen against Kenpachi. Kenpachi 'saw' through Tousen's garbage. Kenpachi easily defeated Espada#5, who was owning Ichigo like a little bitcha. Of course Kenpachi needed to take his eye patch off and use both hands, but he is MUCH MORE POWERFUL than #5.
