you are correct. tazers don't kill people unless they are in poor health and/or on some kind of substance. police officers get tazed before they are issued a tazer just like pepper spray. law enforcement need to be fully trained in the tools they are given. only ignorant people that talk out their asses disagree.

The man in the canadian airport had no previous medical history that could have caused the death by tazer. The best they could argue is that he had some extra adrenaline, but that I would imagine is standard for someone who's about to get tazed. The things should not be in use, anywhere in the world, regardless. they are too easy to abuse. In the airport in vancouver the man was tazed because he was fed up that they could not find a translator for him, he started yelling, they tazed him. |
