quickness is like 40times it is all acceleration fast is Top end speed example: Darren Mcfadden=quickAdrian peterson=fastpicture those 2 racung the length of a football feild ,Darren might get the first step and be out in front for a while but AD will pass him towards the end...

it means Johnson would probably be ahead for the first steps but Devin Hesters top speed is way faster than Johnsons so Hester would beat him by a bit. theres a big difference between quick and fast
