I never see Outrun anywhere anymore. It's always "Outrunners" which just doesn't compare to the original at all.

This has to to be my all time favourite arcade game from back in the day, hell i even loved the tunes on it. I mean im going back when it was 10p a game or 30p for the sit in car version. My holidays as a kid were never complete without the outrun machine :) good old days .

Im not critisising but it's unlikely the arcade machine would be set at 80 seconds, usually it was 70 and occasionaly 75 when i played it.

i remember playin this all the time while riding Greyhound back when i was young. This game and Cruise'in USA.

I remember playing this game a few times at a pizza parlor some 13 years ago. I love the music in it too. It definitely captures that 80s electropop sound.

Ya know that is entirely true.I feel like I get to show off my mad skills to a blond chick and that's pretty muchy what any dude would want to do, but i sd0n't understand why it has to be a white guy in that position.I'm whit but also half Mexican and I I say that any male from any race could hop in a sports car and ride around with a blond.
