@BlackhavenLtd It all depends. Belle, for example is have trained parkour since he was 15 and now he's over 30 years old and have no problems with his joints, knees and so on.

Well, that's unfortunate cuz I don't think you can practice that everywhere. Parkour has been invented in France where you have in certain districts (banlieue) many building often built during the 70s with very irregular architecture which is perfect to practice.

I would love to know the long term health effects of this activity. At the age of 35 to 40 what are the state of their joints and load bearing members?
