From what I've heard it'll only be Space Marines, Eldar, Orks and Tyranids this time around. Chaos, Necrons, Tau, Imperial Guard, Dark Eldar and the forces of the Inquisition will only be added at a later date via expansions.

Dont know if it is 100% true,but i heard that they wont be in DoW2 original game,maybe they will be released in later expansions of the game like Dark crusade 2 or somethin.
