Bolt could of got 9.5 but he even said he didn't care about the world record tyson gay wouldn't have a chance to beat his record if bolt didn't started slowing down with the last 20m left to go so bolt is still way faster tyson only beat his record by 1ms so Bolt is still like 10x faster
