Bottom line, the kids were breaking the law, even if they think the law is stupid. The officer said stop and the kid didn't stop. If the officer has to put his hands on the kid to make him stop or make him comply, then that is not, automatically, police brutality. That's just a punk kid that disagrees with the city ordinance regarding skateboarding and, therefore, thinks he can ignore the officer because the officer is representative of that law. Now these ignorant kids have a police record.
