She's not awful, but she's hardly brilliant. If she wasn't married to Sarkozy I strongly doubt she would have been invited to the show. And how much attention would she receive in the wider world if she wasn't pretty?In this performance she relies a little too much on the fact that she's singing in French for quaintness. When you put the sexy European accent to one side for one moment, it's easy to see she's not the best of singers.
