everyone says he does not look as good as before, but he does in my opinion the changes happened cause of the injury but they made him very well back again. I still think mickey rourke got the mikcey rourk charm , i dont see him half the man he used to be.

mickey did play bad guys after his operation , i think its cause it suited him. I know two movies he did that he was a "bastard" in.he played in a movie with sylvester stalone where he was a mobster another played with Jean C Vandamme where he was an ex military figure.
