there is truth to too much testosterone early on causing a faster calcification of the bones whhich can stint the flexibility and length of bone groth. i know this because i read a lot about, supplements, hormones, biology and growth. women for instance experience calcification of the bones sooner than men because they hit puberty first which includes higher amounts of both aestrogen and testosterone in their bodies. males reach puberty later so bones have more time to grow. vamos

As a trainer and a bodybuilder the only opinion I can give is that I don't think three exercises is going to do the trick nor using machines. Nothing beats functional and compound exercises.
