in that time mcl mb ws a better vehicule, look 17 to 18 revs for 3 or 4 seconds and still having the enough power to get the next curve with out problem, perhaps shumi was in the other car today maybe somebody would have said this is a fault and have quit some seconds.today is all demands and money conflicts HEY LEFT THE F1 BACK money suckers i need to see the competence like 80 90s imposible today.

I don't think he did. He doesn't lift off through Eu Rouge. This turn sequence requies a delicate down-force setting, so I think their setting were similar. This was back when McLaren were the fastest trap speed cars on the track.
