1. Did you try putting the curry leaves in first to the hot oil, before the onions and garlic?2. If the hopper pan sticks, you could take some egg yoke and just rub it on the pan when the pan is oiled and hot. Then just wipe it off and pour the hopper mixture and likely it will come off on it's own. Just do it once and it will work for the whole session. But any way you got non-stick ware now :-)

Absolutely amazing. Both recipes sound delicious, however, I was unable to hear much of Karuna's recipe (the first part). It would be great if you could list the ingredients. As usual, you are an amazing chef and thank you so much for teaching us how to make these delicious recipes.
