If you say so, I don't let spotty fat losers who sit on the internet all day arguing bother me. I stopped reading the comments since I have better things to do with my life, but thanks for the update anyway.

Humanfly73 you got verbally raped.
easternslavic (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
You feel good because you cut out McDonalds idiot. Cutting out meat all together had nothing to do with it.
easternslavic (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
Uhm no, all human activity and industry produces about 3% of carbon released into the atmosphere. So animals can poop all they want, plantation releases a lot more c2o.
ironman711 (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
every educated person i've asked says it was mostly from the industrial revolution since that was when the MOST carbon was released. if you want to believe that propaganda about the meat industry created by PETA and other animal rights groups, then go right ahead.
HannahCee123 (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
Ask any educated person, they'll tell you that.Anyway, if you have another argument I'll keep this going, but otherwise this seems to be going nowhere.
HannahCee123 (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
Ok.. so I'm just going to say this once since this argument is going in circles. The overproduction of cattle started in the 80's when they were moved to giant factory farms. The industrial revolution began at the turn of the century. Of course, both affect climate change as they emit large quantities of carbon into the atmosphere, but the quantity of feces produced by food production animals rivals the pollution by any other means, and therefore is the main contributor towards global warming.

"What you don't understand is that the overproduction of cattle has resulted in massive amounts of waste that expel methane gas, 3x worse than C02 emmissions from cars and power plants" but there were 1000x worse when cars and power plants were made.."however the amount of C02 in the atmosphere has never been this high" yea, because of the industrial age....when we first started making cars and power plants there was a HUGE ammount of CO2 that was being produced for over a century. PWND!
HannahCee123 (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
Thanks, but I understand the greenhouse affect. What you don't understand is that the overproduction of cattle has resulted in massive amounts of waste that expel methane gas, 3x worse than C02 emmissions from cars and power plants. So yeah, it IS the meat industry. Also, global temperatures have fluctuated over time, however the amount of C02 in the atmosphere has never been this high, and will take a long time to reach normal levels.Owned.
ironman711 (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
actually it was brought on during the industrial age, i.e. the invention of cars and power plants...so no matter how much we clean up the planet, it'll still change since it has been changing for billions of years....
