...unless it's a porsche 914, where the transmission is backwards... 1-2 shift is a dogleg like a normal 4-5, and R is where 1st ought to be...

if you dumb fucks would listen, it was a 2nd gear pullright under 10 mph he goes through first, shifts into second, then the misshift is going from 2nd accidentally into 1stalso, very unlikely he redlined first at 50mph......

Generally 3rd to 4th should be easier, because the stick won't be pulled left or right, as it is with 1st to 2nd. Also 1st and 2nd are smaller tigher gears, so getting them into gear is harder than the bigger 3rd and 4th.
