dont listen to the rand who said it's dead. that stupid noob. i still play it and there are atleast 500 people on each empire at once, that's like 1500 at one time so yeh it's still active come and play :D

This game looks great, but i don't want to waste my time downloading if there's noone playing it. Could anyone tell me the average amount of players on each server every day or something? Thanks for your time!

Planetside is kind of random for different systems...You may have the most bad ass system it will prob kill it but it doesn't hurt to try. I've heard people with a (recent)mainstream laptop and pull 60+ fps on a heavy zergI have an inspiron w/8600gt and zergs are a pita
