no but im sure i could use them

Not to worry. If it is the same size, the speed will be so close you wont notice it, especially if your leaning. I replaced mine with a HiTec HS 55 and if any other servos wear out or break, I will do the same with them too, as they are inexpensive. Good luck. Do you have my 9 heli flying tips?

does it make a difference to mix servos asuming the rest of your servos are stock i ask because i changed the with the exact same servo but have not tried it yet wondering about each servos speed
rcpro17 (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
you should use metal gear servos

Yes, but mostly for being able to see when flying around. See my video "Stealth Helicopters, you cant fly them if you cant see them" for more on the subject and how to make them.

Yes. This is a good one to learn on. I say, learn on a VW, and if you never crash it, you can always move up to the Porsche.Study my 9 heli flying tips and rules of thumb for more.

im gettin the honey bee mk3 its 100 bucks is it a pretty good heli?
NightFlyyer (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
It IS a cool idea, but my blade shuts down at 7 minutes just about every time, and the timer is free. Adding another expense and gadget to my heli is not worth it to me. Im with the "Keep it Simple Sir" crowd. They also have low battery warnings that flash a very bright blue light to warn you of low battery.Your idea requires a radio with a receiver in the Transmitter to receive the signal, ya know. Most beginners will crash it way before the battery runs low anyway. LOL. |
