Find the best WCS teachers nearby (the ones who teach connection and musicality, not just choreographed moves) and take lessons. Go to dance workshops exchanges and dance with as many different people as you can. If you don't learn quickly but you love dancing, just keep dancing, you will get better so long as you accept feedback and keep working to improve.
