I put this video to the test at my birthday party tonight. We got raided, and I wasn't sure if there was pot in my bag or not. I remembered the line from this "I don't consent to any searches." I stood in the cold bullshitting with every officer interrogating me for two hours till they got the K9 unit. It didn't react to the bag. Certain that I was in the clear, and after my dumb friends insisted that I consent (like in the vid) I consented. They found nothing. Don't consent till you're sure!

a friend was accused falsely,his civil rights were violated.they told him,the aclu can't do anything for you unless it's a multiple defendent class action lawsuit.seems as if they are only concerned if they get a huge write up in the newspaper.

Umm that varies form state to state... Really.. It would be HIGHLY unlikely a police officer would search the car. BUT like I said that varies from state to state.

I agree... this is really kind of stupid. If you have weed, you're screwed. If you're going 20 mph over the speed limit, you're also screwed. Neverthless, there is a large number of dick cops. Still, they're smokin ganja, so they're pretty much retarded.
